What are the steps to cancel a ticket purchased today?


Ticket cancellations can only be made by the purchaser directly through the portal, under the following conditions:

 

  • Cancellation period: Cancellation is only available until 11:59 pm on the same day the purchase was made.
  • Minimum time to cancel: The cancellation option will be available 3 hours after the order has been issued.
  • Restrictions: It is not possible to cancel your ticket if you have already checked in.

 

To cancel a purchase, follow these steps:

 

  • Log in to the LATAM Corporate portal.
  • Select the “My Orders” option in the menu.
  • Search for the corresponding order and, if it meets the conditions, the “Cancellation” option will appear.

 

If you try to cancel the purchase before 3 hours after issuance or if the ticket is already in check-in, you will receive an error message informing you that the cancellation is not possible.
