Conditions for mileage/points accrual

LATAM Pass Miles/Points will be accumulated, that is, they will be reflected in the account of the associated corporate customer, when the passenger to whom the corporate customer purchased the ticket travels on flights operated exclusively by LATAM Group. If the passenger is a member of the LATAM Pass Program or the LATAM Airlines Brazil Frequent Flyer Program, the points will also be accumulated in their personal account according to the rules and terms of the program to which they belong.

  • For purposes of accrual of LATAM Pass miles/points, any flight operated by LATAM Airlines, whose ticket is sold by LATAM, and whose fare allows accrual according to the rules determined by LATAM will be considered valid.
  • LATAM Pass miles/points flown prior to enrollment in the program cannot be credited.
  • LATAM Pass miles/points will be credited to the associated corporate customer's account after the respective ticket has been paid for and the trip has been made. Therefore, LATAM Pass miles/points cannot be accrued for tickets purchased but not flown or not paid for.
  • In the event that the purchase was made through the corporate portal provided by LATAM, the associated corporate customer has up to 365 calendar days from the date on which the flight was made to request retroactive crediting in the event that this flight has not been credited to their account. The request must be made through our LATAM Corporate website or LATAM Corporate Support.
  • The LATAM Pass miles/points accrued are valid for twelve calendar months, counting from the date of the flight, and will be automatically deducted from your account statement once the term has expired.
  • It will be the sole responsibility of the associated corporate client to verify that the LATAM Pass miles/points corresponding to their LATAM flights are correctly credited to their account. Therefore, if the purchase is made through a travel agency, it is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the agency enters their Tour Code at the time of purchase.
  • For more information, please see Corporate's terms and conditions.
