How to create, edit or delete a user?


To create a new user within your company, log in to the LATAM Corporate site and go to the Users and Roles section. In Create user enter the name, surname, ID, email, telephone number and the role you want to assign to the employee. This option is only available for administrator users.

 

At the end of this first process, the employee will receive an email with a link that will allow them to create their password to access the new LATAM Corporate.

 

Today it is not possible to delete a user from the site, so if you need to delete a user, you must contact our Corporate Back Office.
