How do I view my purchases?
What can I do in the My Orders section?
- Consult your purchases and view travel and passenger information.
- Add more luggage and choose seats.
- Request changes, refunds or cancellations when the fare conditions allow it. Remember that you can only manage trips purchased in the new LATAM Corporate experience.
- Download the Single Sales Voucher (SSV) for your orders.
- Generate reports with the orders you select, downloadable in Excel format.
- Order number.
- Reservation code.
- Order status.
- Total purchase price.
- Purchaser's name.
- Date of purchase and date of travel.
- Information about the trip: destination and origin city and fares for each trip.
- Passengers.
- Payment methods.
- Purchases of additional seats or luggage

What is an order and how can I identify it?
Each ticket purchase you make will be saved in an order, which will also contain information about seats or additional luggage you add for passengers. This will have a unique code called an Order Number, which has 13 letters and digits (e.g. LA1234567ABCD) and can be found in the My Orders section. With this code you will be able to manage your purchases.
Is there a difference between an order and purchase orders?
Yes, purchase orders are documents that allow LATAM to prove a commercial link between LATAM and another company for a particular purchase. On the other hand, an order is a set of products offered by LATAM in a single purchase process.
Where can I find proof of my purchases?
When you purchase a trip on LATAM Corporate you will receive the Single Sales Voucher (SSV) to the email address you registered at checkout. You can also download it in the My Orders section, in the purchase details.
