💻On the platform:

• Click on “New”
• Enter the group name (no spaces, no numbers)
• Enter the number of passengers (minimum: 10)
• Fill in: Departure (and return, if applicable) date
• Origin and destination (airport)
• Choose the flight and fare profile – once the quote is approved, it cannot be changed
• Response time: Up to 24 business hours. You will be notified by email.

⚠️ Important: If “Flights not found” appears, there is no group availability (even if it appears on the LATAM website).

Traveling with an infant before 2 years old:

• Domestic flights: While infants don’t require a separate seat, airport taxes and an issuance fee still apply.
• International flights: You can travel with the infant by paying 10% of the adult fare, plus taxes.

If you prefer the baby to travel in their own seat, you must purchase a full ticket and meet safety requirements for national or international trips. If your baby turns 2 years old during the trip, they must travel in their own seat, paying full fare.
