You have access to direct support through 600-526-5000. Remember to select option 2.
Once your quote has been confirmed by LATAM, tickets are issued on the third business day before departure, so you do not need to provide the names of your passengers once you have your quote.
After the issuance of the Group, name changes are allowed at no cost of 100% of the total Group and requested at least 24 hours before the departure of the first flight. After that time, the ticket is subject to respective penalties. Name changes can only be made on unused tickets.
