Invoicing process
How can I determine the amount billed for my line of credit?
When an invoice is issued in the name of your company, you will receive a copy via the email address you entered in LATAM Corporate. You can corroborate this information in your portal, in the Company Data section.
Only the user with the Administrator profile can request invoice details. These can be downloaded from the credit line associated with the purchase.
Remember that the billing period is every 30 days.
How can you verify the charges associated with my invoice?
Go to the Credit Line section of your Corporate portal and select the line you wish to obtain more information about. In the details you will find the available balance and the data associated with the last invoices issued.
To download the movements of an invoice, click on the icons in the Actions column and review the available options.
What if I cannot find an invoice?
If you cannot find an invoice that has already been issued in the credit line details, you can reach out to our Contact Center for companies.
What happens if an invoice is rejected?
If the company rejects an invoice, you must inform us of the reason for the rejection with the invoice number and request the corresponding re-invoicing by email to grp_atencionempresas@sac.latam.com.
What are voucher invoices?
These are documents that are issued after the purchase (through Corporate's web page or Contact Center) with payment by credit card. These documents are issued and sent to the mail registered by the company for the receipt of invoicing, each document has the detail of your purchase in the description of the document.
What are credit notes?
These are documents that allow the partial or total cancellation of an invoice due to refunds, double invoicing, correction of commercial data, among others. These documents have no expiration date and can be used to offset invoices of the same company's routine.
