Refunds, Credits, and Changes
❌ Refunds: Tickets for group bookings are non-refundable.
🔁 Changes:
- When Changes Are Allowed: Changes to travel dates are permitted before the original flight departs, in accordance with the ticket's fare rules, same market (domestic/international), same or higher fare.
- Conditions and Costs: All permitted changes are subject to applicable penalties and any fare difference.
- After Departure (No-Show): No changes of any kind are permitted after the first flight has departed. The ticket will be considered a "no-show" and will forfeit all value.
