How do I download my invoices?


    To download your invoices you must enter the Credit Line menu of the corporate portal and choose the Cost Center you want to consult and then download the invoice associated with your billing period.

     

    If you cannot find the details of your invoice at this time, you can request it through our Contact Center.

     

    Your invoice was sent to the person in charge according to the data registered in the SII. Unfortunately, we do not have the download option within the corporate portal at this time.

     

    If there is any transaction that you do not recognize, before rejecting the invoice we ask you to get in touch with the Contact Center to verify if the information is correct and to resolve the issue.
