This benefit consists of providing companies with a 24/7 support service, where we will be able to help them in the following points:
- Issuance and exchange of tickets.
- Seat reservations.
- Purchase of seats/luggage.
- Check-in.
- Request for special services such as special meals, reduced mobility, among others.
- Commercial exceptions.
- General program inquiries.
24/7 support is available via phone, email and chat on the LATAM Corporate Portal. It only applies to companies that purchase through the LATAM Corporate Portal. In the case of companies that use travel agencies, the support is provided by the agency itself according to its terms and conditions.
This benefit is valid for companies domiciled in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, without restriction of categories. In Brazil, the hours of operation are different. For more details, click here.
