Account management through LATAM sales executive


To access this account management benefit, the associated company must be located in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador or Brazil, belong to the Superior category and have a discount contract.

 

In the case of Chile, the Superior category company may have a corporate flight discount program or accumulation of corporate miles/points to access the benefit. If you belong to the Plus or Elite category, you will always have access to the account management benefit, regardless of whether you are linked to a discount or accumulation contract.

 

A LATAM sales executive will be assigned to attend to the commercial needs of the company.

 

Among the tasks of the executives with the companies are the following:

 

  • To inform about new benefits, products, promotions. 
  • Follow up on the company's purchasing performance.
  • Train the company on routes, sustainability, group purchasing, LATAM products, LATAM Corporate Support and the LATAM corporate added value proposal.

 

Companies in the Classic category are not eligible for the account management benefit.
