What is the Corporate Partner Program?

pax-tourist-1

Our Corporate Partner Program aims to reward the loyalty of corporate customers by providing benefits to SMCs (small and medium-sized companies), large companies and corporations (hereinafter “companies”) and their employees, through categories that depend on the level of purchases they make with LATAM. The more the company buys from us, the better the assigned category and the more and better benefits it will be able to access.

Among the main benefits associated with the program are the following:

  • LATAM Pass Mileage accumulation
  • Discounts (Check conditions)
  • Carbon Footprint Compensation
  • Support for LATAM Corporate companies
  • Preferential boarding
  • Among others

To be part of the program, companies must make their purchases in either of the two options detailed below:

Purchase through LATAM Corporate: Our dedicated purchase portal will allow you to access our full range of LATAM Airlines products, where you will be able to purchase tickets with any airline in our group or partner airlines, as well as seats, baggage and other associated products. Through our LATAM Corporate purchase portal, you will also have access to our UATP credit line (subject to evaluation), which will allow you greater flexibility and control over your company's corporate travel-related expenses.

Purchase through Travel Agencies: Once your company is registered in our Corporate Partner program, you will have access to multiple benefits by purchasing your corporate travel through the travel agency of your choice. It is important that in each purchase the travel agent issues the ticket with the Account Code** or Tour Code** assigned during the registration process so that you can access all the benefits of the program.

*State-owned companies do not qualify as corporate partner clients, i.e. they cannot be part of our Corporate Partner Program (with the exception of CO).

**Tour Code/Account Code: LATAM internal codes that differentiate the mileage accumulation agreement from the discount agreement.
