Benefits and categories


Within our Corporate Partner Program, four categories have been defined according to the level of purchase:

  • Elite
  • Plus
  • Superior
  • Classic

 

These categories give companies access to different benefits, which are differentiated by segments: benefits for associated companies and benefits for passengers.

 

Benefits for the company: these are benefits that by their nature are focused on benefiting the company that maintains a discount contract on corporate flights or accumulation of miles/points with LATAM.

 

Benefits for employees: these are benefits focused on passengers belonging to the company that has a contract on corporate flights or has a mileage/points accumulation agreement with LATAM.

 

The larger the purchase, the better its category and the benefits to which both the company and its employees can have access. The categories are valid for 1 calendar year and change every March 31 based on the purchase goals established for each category.

 

 

 

 

*The provision of the corporate discount benefit excludes the provision of points/miles accumulation. The associated corporate client must choose the type of linkage he/she wants if his/her category and country allow it.

**The Miles/Points Accumulation Program, Portal Corporate is only available in Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Brazil. Provision of this benefit in all countries is subject to the capacity and discretion of LATAM Airline.

***For Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Brazil, the “Account Management” benefit in the Superior category applies to corporate customers with a discount linkage.

**** LATAM Corporate 24/7 Support is only available in Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador via call center, chat and email when serviced through direct channels with LATAM. For companies that are serviced through an agency, the 24/7 service will be available through them.

*****The UATP credit line is available only in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Brazil and is subject to credit evaluation.

******The provision of benefits does not apply to basic fares and will be made automatically for those companies that can access it due to their tier, as long as at the time of issuance the corporate passenger submits the company's Tourcode or Accountcode, as applicable.
