Benefit of change to a new ticket
This benefit allows the holder of a corporate ticket to use it as a form of payment to make a new purchase for another corporate passenger belonging to the same company. The aforementioned benefit applies to individual corporate customers, belonging to companies of all categories: Classic, Superior, Plus and Elite. Excludes corporate groups.
Ticket restrictions:
- All components of the original ticket must allow changes.
- The commercial ticket must be unused.
- Does not apply to LATAM Fidelidade tickets.
- The reissue must be made at the same amount or higher than the value of the original ticket.
- Using more than one ticket as a form of payment is not allowed.
Penalties:
- For voluntary changes, only the voluntary ticket change fee and fare differences, if any, will be charged.
- No extra penalty will be charged for a corporate ticket name change.
For companies whose purchasing channel is Portal Corporate and LATAM Corporate Support:
- This benefit applies to all domestic and international routes, in all countries where the LATAM Corporate purchase program is in effect (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador).
- The same payment method used for the original purchase must be used.
- In the process our LATAM Corporate support team will validate the following points:
- The company requesting the change must be the same company that purchased the original ticket.
- The company's Account Code/Tour Code will be validated with the ticket.
- The applicant must be a person authorized by the company to make these arrangements.
For companies whose purchasing channel is travel agencies:
- This benefit applies to all domestic and international routes, in all countries.
- The travel agent must obtain the relevant authorization from the cardholder (in writing) and must execute the change process in accordance with LATAM's commercial procedures.
