Different roles that can be assigned


Administrator: Users with the administrator role have the ability to manage and supervise the entire ticket booking and purchasing process. In addition, they can create users and cost centers, thus having control of the account. This is the only type of user that can transfer miles (if applicable).

 

Buyer: Users designated with this role can purchase tickets, bags and seats with all the benefits associated with their company.

Analyst: this role cannot purchase tickets, but can view purchases and download reports.
