Minimum thresholds are the base amounts a company has to spend with LATAM through the LATAM Corporate Program to hold a given tier the following year. They count everything purchased under the Account Code or Tour Code assigned to the company, on first-issuance tickets from January through December of the calendar year being evaluated, including group travel and charter flights.
A company's annual revenue is the total of air tickets and ancillaries issued as a first issuance between January and December of the year.
