• When a disruption affects your flight and the original itinerary needs to be changed, this benefit gives you higher priority in the rebooking process.
• You may receive assistance in finding an available travel alternative and continuing your itinerary as conveniently as possible.
• This benefit is intended for corporate travelers from Plus and Elite companies. To qualify, you must check in within the specified time frame and ensure your booking is correctly linked to your company.
Alternative flights depend on availability and operating conditions at the time. The benefit does not apply to Light fares on flights within Brazil or from South America to destinations outside South America, Central America and the Caribbean; nor to Basic fares on domestic flights, flights within South America or between South America and Central America or the Caribbean, or to group ticket purchases.
Requirements
To access this benefit, corporate passengers must meet boarding requirements and complete all documentation needed for check-in, available from 48 hours before departure.
Restrictions
- Not available for group ticket purchases.
- Not available for voluntary ticket changes made by the corporate passenger within 48 hours before the flight.
- Rebooking is not guaranteed; the benefit only increases the likelihood of reassignment.
- Under applicable law, passengers with special needs and those legally entitled to boarding priority take precedence.
- Corporate passengers have priority over non-corporate passengers only if they checked in first, both have the same LATAM Pass (FFP) tier and both purchased tickets in the same cabin class.
(1)* The benefit is provided automatically.
Priority in denied boarding
When a flight is overbooked and more seats have been sold than the aircraft holds, corporate travelers from Plus and Elite companies get higher priority in the boarding process.
The idea is to put corporate travelers in a better position if denied boarding comes up at the airport.
For it to apply, the passenger must
- Have a booking properly linked to the company.
- Meet the boarding requirements.
- Check in starting 48 hours before the flight.
- Complete the information requested during check-in.
Priority is applied automatically when it applies, but it doesn't guarantee boarding — that depends on the specific situation of the flight.
The benefit doesn't apply to Basic fares, group ticket purchases or voluntary changes made within 48 hours of the flight.
What the benefit covers
The benefit gives corporate passengers higher priority in the event of denied boarding due to overselling, when more spaces have been reserved than the aircraft can accommodate. Disruptions resulting in delays, cancellations, aircraft changes or missed connections do not count as denied boarding. Priority is provided through automatic check-in: corporate passengers who do not qualify for or do not use automatic check-in are not eligible for this boarding priority.
Who is eligible
Exclusively corporate passengers from associated companies in the Plus and Elite tiers.

Priority in downgrades
If overbooking makes it impossible to keep a passenger in the cabin originally purchased, corporate travelers from Plus and Elite companies get higher priority to stay in their cabin.
The goal is to protect the corporate traveler's experience when there's a risk of being moved to a cabin other than the one chosen at purchase.
For it to apply, the passenger must
- Have a booking properly linked to the company.
- Meet the boarding requirements.
- Check in starting 48 hours before the flight.

Priority is applied automatically when it applies, though it doesn't guarantee keeping the original cabin — that depends on availability and the flight's operating conditions.
The benefit doesn't apply to Basic fares, group ticket purchases or voluntary changes made within 48 hours of the flight.
What the benefit covers
In the event of an involuntary cabin downgrade due to overselling (overbooking), the benefit gives corporate passengers higher priority to retain their purchased cabin. A downgrade occurs when a passenger cannot be accommodated in the cabin purchased due to overselling for commercial reasons.
