What the benefit includes
This benefit allows certain Partner Companies to access discounts on air tickets for different routes, under the terms negotiated with LATAM through a corporate discount agreement.
Discounts are provided through the Tour Code and applied when the ticket is issued (upfront), to the published base fare. Airport taxes, administrative fees, fuel surcharges and any other charges applicable in the country of purchase are excluded.
Discounts may be negotiated globally or locally with each Corporate Partner, taking into account factors such as purchase volume and the distribution of purchases by country. The specific terms, discount percentages, eligible routes and commercial targets will be set out in the agreement signed between the Corporate Partner and LATAM. These targets may include sales production, purchase volume, market share or other objectives agreed by the parties.
Requirements to access the benefit
Partner Companies must meet the following conditions to access this benefit:
- Belong to the Superior, Plus or Elite tiers.
- Be based in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Brazil or Ecuador.
- Companies in the Classic tier based outside these countries may also access a flight discount agreement, as they do not have access to the Accumulation Program.
- Sign a discount agreement with LATAM specifying the discounts and their conditions of application.
- Provide the information requested by the sales team when signing the agreement.
- Have been expressly accepted into the LATAM Corporate Loyalty Program and retain that status.
- Not have a current accrual agreement with the LATAM Group.
- Not be a travel agency or a company whose corporate purpose is air transportation.
Contracting is subject to LATAM’s commercial assessment, route availability and the other applicable program conditions.
Applying the discount
To apply the discount, the Corporate Partner must:
- Provide its Tour Code when purchasing through a travel agency or LATAM Corporate Support.
- When using the LATAM Corporate Portal, purchase through the duly registered company account.
The Tour Code will be provided to the Corporate Partner under the terms of the discount agreement.
Permitted use
Discounts apply exclusively to the Corporate Partner’s corporate passengers traveling for business as part of their work duties.
Use of this benefit is strictly prohibited for:
- Purchasing tickets for personal purposes.
- Marketing, reselling or transferring discounts or tickets in any form.
- Using discounts for travel unrelated to the Corporate Partner’s business activities.
If LATAM detects any of these prohibited practices, it may terminate the agreement automatically and remove the benefit immediately, without prejudice to any other actions available under applicable law and the contractual terms.
If you'd like a discount agreement, contact your LATAM sales executive or your preferred travel agency.
