Create account
Fill out the company registration form to create your LATAM Corporate account.
If you don't have an account yet, complete the company registration at this link:
This form is required to register your company. Fill in every field with accurate, current information so activation isn't delayed. Remember to confirm at each step of the registration.
What you'll need to fill in
- Company information.
- Company business address.
- Administrator information.
- Login details for your account.
The company details must match the RUT/NIT/RUC registered with the tax authority in the country where you're registering.
Complete every user field — leaving one blank can cause trouble when you try to access your account.
Keep in mind these login details are what you'll use to log in.
Once the form is complete, you confirm it, review and accept the terms and conditions, and then select Finish registration.
What happens after you register
After you register and accept the Terms and Conditions, we'll contact you to request the documents we need (E-RUT and the representative's ID). Once we've validated everything, you can start enjoying the new LATAM Corporate experience, where you can:
- Buy tickets for your employees, choose seats, add baggage and more.
- See your purchase history on the new LATAM Corporate platform, under My orders.
- Change travel dates.
- Add new passengers to your list.
- Create users for your company.
- Create cost centers for your company, and manage them too: add users, enable or disable them and check the available credit line.
- Check your company's corporate miles and transfer them to employees registered as passengers.
- If your company has a credit line, you can see the activity tied to the invoices issued.
- Get the Single Sales Receipt (CUV) for your orders.
Required documents
The documents we ask for to verify your company's information after registration.
Once you've registered your company on our portal and submitted the form with the required information, you'll need to send us a few key documents so we can verify your registration.
A pop-up will explain which documents to send to finish the process. That same pop-up shows the email address to send them to so your registration can be verified and processed.
Documents we ask for
They vary by country, but usually include:
- E-RUT / RUT / NIT (company registration) in PDF
- ID card of the Legal Representative named on the E-RUT / RUT / NIT, both sides on the same page, in PDF
Send everything digitally and make sure it's clear and legible, so your registration isn't held up.

If you're not listed as a user on the account

- A copy of the ID of the Legal Representative named on the e-RUT
