Create users, assign roles and manage your company's booking and viewing permissions.

LATAM Corporate lets you manage user profiles based on what each person on your team is responsible for. Every company creates the users it needs, either when registering the company or later on.

How to create a user

Only users with the Administrator role can do this.

  1. Log in to LATAM Corporate.
  2. Go to Users and roles.
  3. Select Create user.
  4. Fill in the first name, last name, ID document, email and phone number.
  5. Assign the right role.
  6. Confirm the new user.

The employee gets an email with a link to create a password and log in to LATAM Corporate.

Keep in mind that the system won't allow the same username twice, whether inside your company or in another one: each username is unique. Users can share the same email and phone number when needed.

Available roles

Administrator

Manages and oversees the whole booking and purchase process, creates and manages users and cost centers, and views issued orders. This is the only role that can transfer miles, where available, and see the billing details of purchases made with the credit line.

Buyer

Books and buys tickets, baggage and seats within the cost centers they're assigned to, with all of the company's benefits. They can also manage the orders they've issued and add or edit passengers in the passenger list.

Analyst

Can't make purchases, but can view the company's purchases and download reports, based on the permissions assigned.

It's the company's responsibility to send an email to grp_atencionempresas@sac.latam.com when the account Administrator leaves the company. Anyone who isn't a registered user on the company account can't make any requests.

If you're not listed as a user on the account

If the Administrator is still with the company, they can create your profile in the Portal. If not, the request has to come by email from the account Administrator or, failing that, the company's Legal Representative, attaching:

How to edit or disable a user

  1. Go to Users and roles.
  2. Find or select the user you want to manage.
  3. Click the three dots in the column Actions.
  4. Select Edit or Disable.

Editing a user lets you update their details, including their role. If you disable them, they lose access to the portal and can no longer manage the orders tied to their user.

The account Administrator can disable users and passengers in the Portal. To delete them permanently from the platform, send the list with the first and last name of each person to grp_atencionempresas@sac.latam.com.
